999r Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 999r ("999r", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 999r platform available at 999r.bio and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by 999r, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of the date they are published and supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 999r Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active 999r account. 999r operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 999r or any regulatory body, during the period of your account use.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or consultant of 999r, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.

999r reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 999r Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your 999r account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying 999r at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your contact details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

999r will never contact you requesting your password, JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa OTP, or internet banking credentials. Any communication purporting to be from 999r and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

999r accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (IBFT), UBL (IBFT), Meezan Bank (IBFT), Bank Alfalah (IBFT), and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are as displayed within your 999r account at the time of the transaction.

By making a deposit, you warrant that:

• You are the authorised holder of the payment method used.
• The funds deposited are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise.
• You accept that deposits may be subject to additional verification procedures at 999r's discretion.

999r does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges. 999r bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors. Deposits are credited to your 999r balance in PKR. For USDT deposits, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation applies.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to fund your 999r account, or to a verified PKR account in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are ordinarily processed within 15–45 minutes subject to verification status. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business days.

999r reserves the right to:

• Request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age.
• Delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected, pending investigation.
• Apply withdrawal restrictions where active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.

Balances remaining inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login activity may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified within your account settings. You will be given advance notice before any such fee is applied.

999r may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are clearly stated within each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

General Bonus conditions applicable across all 999r promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Users who have not previously violated any 999r policy.
• One Bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• 999r reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if misuse or abuse is detected.
• Using multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting system errors to gain Bonus benefits constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.

All bets placed on the 999r Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport, or game. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular bet or game session.

999r reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on a market opened by technical error.
• Limit or refuse bets from any User at any time without providing a reason.
• Settle markets in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures).
• Suspend or close betting markets at any time in response to events that may affect the integrity of the market.

For casino and RNG games, all outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator systems. 999r does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the respective game information panel.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 999r Platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999r staff or other Users through any communication channel.

Breach of any prohibited conduct provision will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the 999r Platform — including but not limited to the 999r brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, software, text, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999r or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of 999r.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999r, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions, including losses arising from bets or casino sessions.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside 999r's reasonable control (including but not limited to network failures, power outages, or natural disasters).
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 999r's own acts or omissions.

999r is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani users. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income. 999r provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your 999r account.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel your gambling is out of control.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, please use the self-exclusion tools immediately and seek support from a qualified professional or trusted person. 999r takes problem gambling seriously and will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Users who are self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts on the Platform.

999r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 999r will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version came into effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 999r Platform shall first be referred to 999r's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
